We are a traditional real estate brokerage in the sense that we are deeply committed to each transaction and enjoy developing friendships with our clients. And we are untraditional in the sense that we have a virtual office in which buyers can easily and anonymously search for property on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada Range, including Truckee and Lake Tahoe. In an effort to reduce our ecological footprint, we are working towards becoming paperless, utilizing technology in our communications and our marketing. We take great pride in our marketing and strive to provide our listings with the best internet presence possible.

In late 2008, SnowProperty.com and Serene Lakes Realty on Donner Summit have joined forces to provide our clients with exceptional coverage and the benefit of two brokers' experience. I am excited to share in the real estate practice on the summit that Jackie Kirby made number one for the last several years running. Our prominent office location next to the Soda Springs Post Office has excellent visibility. I hold a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. I enjoy school to this day and am actively taking advanced real estate classes. I am also volunteer co-editor of our area's local quarterly newspaper, Community. I live on over 10 acres at about 5,000' just off the I-80 corridor near Blue Canyon.

We list properties along the I-80 corridor in the communities of Gold Run, Dutch Flat, Alta, Blue Canyon, Emigrant Gap, Cisco Grove and along Highway 20 east of Nevada City. For property east of Cisco, including Kingvale, Soda Springs, Serene Lakes and Truckee, Serene Lakes Realty is our local office.
